- Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way.
2.2 Security Violations
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
- Introduce malware, viruses, worms, or other harmful code.
2.3 Abuse of Communication Features
- Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) through our messaging platforms.
- Send messages that violate the WhatsApp Business Policy, Telegram Terms of Service, or other third-party platform policies.
- Harvest or collect contact information without consent for the purpose of sending unsolicited communications.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
2.4 Service Abuse
- Use the Service in a manner that consumes excessive resources or degrades performance for other users.
- Resell, redistribute, or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written consent.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service except through our published APIs and within documented rate limits.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any usage limits, access controls, or security features.
3. Content Standards
Content you store, transmit, or process through our services must not:
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Contain personal information of individuals without their consent, in violation of POPIA.
- Promote illegal products, services, or activities.
- Contain malicious code or content designed to disrupt the Service.
4. Rate Limits and Fair Use
Our services may impose rate limits and usage quotas as documented in the applicable product documentation. You agree to operate within these limits. If you require higher limits, contact us at enquiries@astrium.co.za to discuss a suitable plan.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to enquiries@astrium.co.za. We take reports seriously and will investigate all credible complaints.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any violation of this AUP, including:
- Issuing a warning to the account holder.
- Temporarily suspending access to the Service.
- Permanently terminating the account.
- Reporting the activity to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Where possible, we will provide notice before taking enforcement action. However, we reserve the right to act immediately and without notice where a violation poses an immediate risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via our website and email to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
